Job summary

Newberry Group in Hawaii is seeking a Real Time Cyber Analyst to support the Department of Defense's 24/7 Cyber Network Defense operations. Candidates must possess an active DoD Secret clearance and demonstrate expertise in cybersecurity threats and analysis.

This position requires on-site work at Ford Island and involves performing real-time threat analysis, working with network traffic data, and participating in incident response efforts. A bachelor's degree and relevant cybersecurity experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of TCP/IP and common networking protocols.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review DoD and open source intelligence for threats.
• Triage alerts to identify malicious actors.
• Report incidents to customers and USCYBERCOM.
