Limitless Possibilities LLC in Wisconsin is seeking compassionate caregivers to support adults with developmental disabilities in a supportive living environment.

You will assist with daily living tasks, promote well-being, and honor each person’s choices. Training is provided, and scheduling includes days, evenings or overnights, with some weekend and holiday work required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Must be able to work various shifts including days and evenings or overnights because we operate 24 hours a day.
• Some weekend and holiday work will also be required.

• Actively support the daily living needs of adults with developmental disabilities.
• Create an environment that fosters physical, emotional, and social wellness, meeting the unique needs of each individual with empathy and compassion.
• Support individuals in expressing their preferences, abilities, and opinions, honoring their choices and promoting self-determination.
