Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking a friendly Self-Checkout Attendant to provide fast, accurate service at our 24/7 store locations. You will operate cash registers and SCO lanes, assist customers, and ensure a clean, well-stocked checkout area.

This role emphasizes accuracy, customer focus, and compliance with applicable selling rules. The position requires flexible shifts, good math and communication skills, and a readiness to work in a fast-paced retail environment while upholding safety and courtesy

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Willing to work varied shifts in a 24/7 operation.
• Able to read and perform basic math accurately.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers at the check stands and SCO lanes.
• Operate check stand equipment and process transactions accurately.
• Engage in suggestive selling and helpful service to customers.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and orderly check stands and surrounding area.
• Follow policies for food stamps, WIC, and restricted item handling.
