Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related field.
• 1-2 years in IT, systems administration or related field.
• CompTIA Security+ or ability to maintain government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Production, Scheduling and Controls Team operations.
• Assist PS&C team with enterprise scheduling and analysis using BMC Control-M.
• Monitor, analyze and optimize job schedules with appropriate staff.
• Support IT infrastructure and systems, performing planning and evaluation.
• Respond to triage requests and guide system needs and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems with minimal supervision and escalate as needed.
• Implement standards for computer operations ensuring hardware-software compatibility.
• Run tests, maintain OS and related software, and perform backups/recoveries.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and recovery plans.
