Flexjet, a global leader in private aviation, seeks a 24/7 Mobile Team/AOG support professional based in the San Francisco, CA area. You will be the central point of contact during AOG events, coordinating tooling and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant license is required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Airframe repair experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 Mobile Team/AOG support during assigned shift.
• Serve as central point of contact for the customer during the AOG maintenance event.
• Coordinate tooling for maintenance events and track work orders.
• Coordinate status with the support center and arrange travel as needed.
• Maintain mobile vehicle appearance and ensure policy compliance.
• Document work orders for quick processing and accuracy.
• Ensure all work complies with the Repair Station Manual.
• Coordinate with Quality to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Respond to AOG calls immediately while on shift.
• Manage expenses and report monthly to the Business Administrator.
