Logic Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Swing Shift Lead in Sumner, WA. This role offers independence within a distribution environment handling sailing, skiing, and outdoor clothing items. Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 5:00pm to 1:30am, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer and Excel skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders.
• Maintain lean, streamlined workflow.
• Organize department floor and workstations.
• Perform duties as assigned by management.
• Communicate nightly issues to management/team.
• Load/unload goods from trucks.
• Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing inventory.
• Palletize, restock, and wrap inventory.
• Prepare pallets for shipment.
• Train employees on warehouse procedures.
• Keep a safe, clean, organized workplace.
• Label and package products for transport.
• Follow safety and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with staff on daily tasks.

Job Description:

1. Pick and pack orders.
2. Ensure a lean and streamlined workflow.
3. Maintain and organize department floor and workstations.
4. Perform job duties required by management.
5. Discuss emerging issues with night management or employees.
6. Load and unload goods from trucks or containers.
7. Assist with the receiving, sorting, and storing of inventory.
8. Palletize, re-stack, and wrap inventory.
9. Prepare pallets for shipments.
10. Provide employee training on warehouse procedures.
11. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
12. Label, seal, and ensure products are securely packaged for safe transport.
13. Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines to minimize risks and prevent accidents.
14. Communicate with warehouse staff and teammates regarding daily tasks and assignments.
15. Work with a sense of urgency always.
16. Perform other general labor tasks as requested.

Position Requirements:

1. Excellent computer and Excel skills.
2. Must have good verbal and written communication capabilities.
3. Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
4. Must have reliable transportation.
5. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
6. Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day.
