Job summary

Performance Energy Ltd is seeking an experienced MPD Wellsite Supervisor to oversee onshore MPD operations for HPHT development wells. You will act as the operational focal point between the client and drilling teams, ensuring safe execution and strict adherence to procedures.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in MPD Wellsite supervision, a strong HPHT and pressure-control background, and current MPD/offshore certifications.

Job description

We are supporting a major onshore development drilling campaign in the Middle East and are seeking experienced MPD Wellsite Supervisors to support HPHT operations. This role is suited to experienced drilling professionals capable of leading Managed Pressure Drilling operations in technically demanding environments.

Role Purpose

The MPD Wellsite Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing onshore MPD operations, maintaining pressure control, ensuring safe execution of drilling programmes, and acting as the operational focal point between the client and drilling teams.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise onshore MPD operations in accordance with approved procedures

Lead wellsite execution and operational decision-making

Monitor pressure management systems and drilling performance

Ensure compliance with HSE and well control requirements

Coordinate activities between drilling and MPD personnel

Maintain operational reporting and documentation
