Position Details : Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 am - 3 : 00 pm

Call Rotation : 3 weekdays and 1 weekend per month Practice Overview :

• Setting : Small rural hospital with 4-5 operating rooms and an OB Service
• Support Staff : 1 Anesthesiologist, 4 full-time CRNAs, 2 part-time CRNAs
• Coverage : Full-time
• Patient Volume : 4,000 cases annually (approx. 380 per month)
• Patient Demographics : Pediatrics to adults
• EMR System : EPIC
• Hospital Size : 199 beds
• Required Skills : Proficiency with healthy pediatric cases

Requirements :

• Board Certification : Required
• State License : Active license required
• DEA : Not required
• Certifications : ACLS required

Credentialing :

• Timeline : 60-90 days, temp privileges offered with clean background
