What You'll Earn

• $23/hour starting pay, paid weekly
• Paid training at $23/hour from your first day
• $34.50/hour on overtime (hours over 40 a week)
• Full-time 4×10 schedule: about $48,000 a year
• Add a fifth day and earn up to about $65,000 a year in wages
• Up to $75,000 a year in total compensation, counting benefits
• Weekly top-driver bonuses based on packages delivered. Busier weeks mean more packages and more bonus opportunity.

Positions Available

• Full-time:10-hour shifts, 4 days a week, with a fifth day available
• Part-time:fewer days a week, to fit around school or another job
• Seasonal:through our peak holiday season

What You'll Do

Qualifications

• Valid, non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license (no CDL needed)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Satisfactory motor vehicle record
• Able to pass a background check and a 4-panel drug screen (no marijuana/THC testing for delivery van drivers)
• Able to lift, push, pull, and move packages up to 70 lbs repeatedly
• No delivery experience needed. We train you, and training is paid. The process usually takes 1–2 weeks.

The details:Annual pay figures assume year-round work at the schedule shown; the fifth-day figure includes overtime. Total compensation includes the estimated value of company benefits, and the medical value applies to enrolled employees. Top-driver bonuses are discretionary and based on weekly delivery volume and performance; package volume varies by week. Tuition and childcare support come through partner programs, and eligibility and terms apply. The THC policy excludes DOT-regulated positions, and our drug-free workplace policy, including post-accident and reasonable-suspicion testing, still applies.
