Job description

CLASS A COMPANY OTR DRIVER MENTOR

Position Details

• Average Earnings per Week: $1,600 to $2,200
• Mileage pay, student pay, plus bonuses weekly
• Safety Bonuses: Earn bonuses for a year after your driver gets in their own truck
• Home Time: Out 2-3 weeks depending on the run, with one day off per week out. Drivers can stay out longer if desired. Our own customer base allows planners to schedule 24-72 hours in advance, minimizing reliance on brokered freight.
• Equipment: Newer Model Automatic Peterbilts with double bunks and fridges; no cameras
• Load Info: 100% No Touch; 70% Drop & Hook
• Delivery Locations: Regional runs east of I-35
• Drivers are welcome to take trucks home

Bonuses

• $500 Sign-on Bonus paid upon first student pickup
• $250 paid at each subsequent student pickup
• $250 paid at first dispatch of upgraded student
• $500 paid when student reaches 10K safe miles
• $300 paid when student reaches 20K safe miles
