CLASS A COMPANY OTR DRIVER MENTOR

Full-time, Permanent, Immediate Start Position

Earn bonuses even after your driver gets in their own truck for 1 year!

Position Details

• Average Earnings per Week: $1,600 to $2,200

• Mileage pay, student pay, plus weekly bonuses

• Safety Bonuses: Earn bonuses for a year after your driver gets in their own truck

• Home Time: Out 2-3 weeks depending on the run, with one day off for each week out. Drivers can stay out longer if they wish. We have our own customer base, allowing planners to schedule 24-72 hours in advance to keep drivers running without relying on brokered freight.

• Equipment: Newer model automatic Peterbilts with double bunks and fridges. No cameras.

• Load Info: 100% no-touch freight, 70% drop & hook.

• Delivery Locations: Regional runs east of I-35.

• Drivers are welcome to take trucks home.

Bonuses

• $500 sign-on bonus paid out when you pick up your first student.

• $250 paid at pickup of each subsequent student.

• $250 paid at first dispatch of upgraded student.

• $500 paid when student reaches 10K safe miles.

• $300 paid when student reaches 20K safe miles.
