Summary: A line cook is a team member responsible for providing freshly prepared food with fast and friendly service in a clean environment, aligned with the company's mission and policies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Preparing designated menu items using approved recipes, portions, and plate presentations.
• Understanding of controlling food costs and demand impact.
• Operating, preparing, and cleaning all food preparation equipment, prep stations, and kitchen areas.
• Proper use of cleaning materials.
• Ensuring inventory rotation through FIFO method.
• Proper use of storerooms.
• Knowledge of kitchen opening, closing, and show procedures.
• Knowledge of emergency, evacuation, and robbery procedures.
• Compliance with all food safety and sanitation laws.
• Adherence to dress code.
• Compliance with laws regarding breaks and meal periods.
• Progress towards completion of cast certification program.
• Reading and understanding training materials on topics like harassment and discrimination.

Pay Scale: $22.66
