Schnucks is seeking a store team lead in Evansville, IN to manage daily operations in the department. You will supervise staff, ensure safety and sanitation, train new teammates and maintain friendly, high-quality customer service both in-store and over the phone.

Responsibilities include assigning duties, rotating stock, stocking orders, writing daily orders, scheduling production timelines and maintaining inventory control to ensure product quality and accuracy.

Competenze

• Minimum one year retail management experience.
• Minimum one year food retail experience.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Maintain strict adherence to department and company safety guidelines. Assign duties to the team as needed and train new teammates. Rotate product and straighten displays. Ensure department standards are met. Write orders for the day and set up timeline for production schedule. Provide friendly and courteous service in person and on the phone. Receive and stock orders. Understand and practice proper sanitation procedures. Follow inventory control procedures to ensure quality production, accuracy and product rotation.

Additional Requirements – Internal candidates: Store/Facility Teammates: minimum of six months employment with Schnucks. Store Support Center Teammates: minimum of one year employment with Schnucks. Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline). If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.
