Job summary

2nd and Charles in Beaumont, TX is seeking a Keyholder to act as limited Manager on Duty, safeguarding store security under management direction.

You will lead a category team, uphold policies, train associates, and ensure customer service and daily operations are efficient, with a focus on cash handling and daily briefings.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Successful completion of background screenings.

Responsibilities

  • Maximizes profits and customer service by leading assigned category team and operating the store in adherence with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Operates the store as a limited Manager On Duty in conjunction with the management team.
  • Maintains the physical security of the store and serves as a key-holding member of management.
  • Maintains category merchandising and cleanliness and ensures operational efficiency.
  • Maintains stock levels within the monthly budget.
  • Audits buyback to ensure policies are followed.
  • Ensures high level of customer service and resolves complaints.
  • Trains and develops Associates and facilitates cross-training.
  • Facilitates communication through daily briefings and meetings.
  • Drops off bank deposits and handles change orders as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maximizes profits and customer service by leading assigned category team and operating the store in adherence with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Operates the store as a limited Manager On Duty in conjunction with the management team.
  • Maintains the physical security of the store they are assigned, and in doing so is a key-holding member of management.
  • Maintains category merchandising and cleanliness and ensures operational efficiency.
  • Maintains used category cadencing and stock levels within the monthly budget.
  • Audits buyback throughout the day to ensure all policies and procedures are being followed.
  • Ensures highest level of customer service and handles customer complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Maintains category merchandising and cleanliness and ensures operational efficiency.
  • Trains and develops Associates within category and facilitates cross-training for further development.
  • Facilitates effective communication to all store Associates through daily briefings and weekly and monthly meetings.
  • Drops off bank deposit and pick up change order as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
