Job Qualifications

Completion of high school or equivalent. Retail experience. Demonstrated willingness and potential for additional responsibilities. If qualified candidates are insufficient, minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting.

Additional Qualifications / Requirements

Applications from U.S. citizens without dual Japanese and U.S. citizenship are accepted. U.S. citizens with Japanese residency (“zairyu card”) must cancel their residency status to qualify for employment under SOFA, which exempts from Japanese taxes, grants duty-free privileges, and involves representing the US in Japan. Conduct must reflect positively on the US, and misconduct may lead to separation.

Responsibilities include

• Opening/closing the facility and safe; deposit delivery/change fund pickup; ordering and receiving
• Current associates with NACI / T1 Clearance preferred
• Vacancy posted on US and LN sides

Salary Range

Minimum: $17.25

Maximum: $21.32

Major Duties

• Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service, greeting customers, assessing needs, suggesting options, and building trust for a personalized experience.
• Lead and train associates, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and sales techniques, including merchandise presentation and promotional displays.
• Follow loss prevention and accountability procedures, ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and security regulations, and safeguarding assets.
• Communicate performance expectations, maintain employee records, and provide feedback and development opportunities.
• Operate sales equipment, handle transactions, and verify tenders with accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
