About the Role

Thrive USA Home Care Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aid / Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team across Maryland, DC, Florida, and Tennessee. In this vital role, you will assist clients with daily activities, ensure their safety, and promote their independence and well-being. Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Monitor clients' health status by observing vital signs and overall condition, reporting changes promptly
• Support medication administration following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and safety
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption if necessary

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of patient observation techniques, dementia care (including Alzheimer's care), memory care, and hospice care practices
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with manual handling tasks using proper patient transfer methods
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and care plan documentation
• Valid certifications in First Aid and CPR
• Pay:$21-22 per hour
• Hours:10-40 hours per week
