Role: Oversight Architect

Job Overview

This position is housed under the Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF) and focuses on supporting the oversight of operations and maintenance activities of the DC Access System (DCAS). The Department of Health Care Finance is seeking an exceptional Curam Certified Technical Architect to support the implementation of the DC Access System (DCAS) project, which consolidates health and human services eligibility and enrollment.

Responsibilities

1. Support the implementation and delivery of multiple releases and projects for the DCAS system.
2. Collaborate with and oversee multiple vendor teams and business stakeholders from DHCF partner agencies to ensure requirements are accurately captured, designed, and delivered aligned with the DCAS infrastructure.
3. Interact heavily with management and customers, creating schedule estimates for effort and time.
4. Participate in planning meetings, update sessions, code management, and staff oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience at the technical architecture level with technologies such as IBM Cram Social Program Management, Oracle suite (Database, IAM, SOA), and AWS Cloud.
• Past experience as a Senior Project Manager (PMP Certified) in the health and human services sector for government agencies.
• Experience in delivering State-based Marketplaces in accordance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
• Ability to work in high-paced, high-performance environments to meet tight federal deadlines.
