Job summary

Northeast Grocery is seeking a Meat Department team member to support the meat manager in their absence and ensure timely, quality preparation of meat products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Satisfactory performance reviews. Basic computer skills. Strong communication skills. High School Degree or equivalent. 6-12 months of related experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Exposure to Cold Environment Constant 5-8 Hours

Pivoting Constant 5-8 Hours

Pushing/Pulling Constant 5-8 Hours up to 75lbs

Squatting/Kneeling Occasional 1-3 Hours

Lifting Frequent 3-5 Hours up to 50lbs

Pushing/Pulling Occasional 1-3 Hours up to 2400lbs
