Responsibilities

• Client Delivery: Assist in strategy development for utility initiatives including OT, telecom assets, customer-facing software, business IT systems, and renewable energy technologies.
• Analyze and document current-state processes; identify areas for improvement and support process optimization.
• Manage dependencies between project workstreams and parallel initiatives.
• Support project leadership in workshops, capture client requirements, and present deliverables to stakeholders.
• Assist in driving change management for large transformational utility programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to apply lessons learned and industry best practices to client service.

Primary Responsibilities
