As a 2027 University Intern - Refining Engineer, you will gain hands‑on experience through meaningful projects that help build your technical and professional skills at Phillips 66. Our Refining operations are comprised of global refining, marketing and transportation of petroleum products and related specialty businesses. Through its refining business segment, Phillips 66 is upgrading crude oil and other feedstocks into higher‑value petroleum products including clean‑burning gasoline, ultra‑low‑sulfur diesel, jet fuel, lubricants, petroleum coke and other specialty products while maintaining a high regard for safety and environmental limitations.

Compensation Range
This position has a pay range of $2,564 - $3,418bi‑weekly, dependent on a candidate's degree type and expected graduation date.
This position will be subject to a post‑offer background check, which could include criminal history screening, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
