As a2027 University Intern - Corporate Communications, you will gain hands‑on experience through meaningful projects that help build your technical and professional skills at Phillips 66.
Our Communications and Public Affairs organization is a central function that includes company-wide internal and external communications such as global employee communications, crisis, and media relations, brand and reputation management including philanthropy, sponsorships, and content management. We design and deliver strong global communications that are aligned with the company’s overall business strategy. In addition, the team upholds best-in-class communications team values such as demonstrating transparency, ethics and effectiveness in all work.
This internship opportunity will be located in Houston, TX or any one of our operation field locations such as: Linden, NJ; Lake Charles, LA; Roxana, IL; Ferndale, WA; Billings, MT; Rodeo, CA; Borger, TX; Ponca City, OK; Sweeny, TX with expectations of frequent travel to other Phillips 66 field sites.
A summer internship with Phillips 66 Communications & Public Affairs provides the opportunity to work on an array of assignments within the Communications department and work with internal and external stakeholders, as well as travel to complete assignments as needed:

This position has a pay range of $2,397.00 - $2,860.00 bi-weekly, dependent on a candidate's degree type and expected graduation date.
