Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is offering a 6-month Packaging Engineering Co-Op at our Princeton, NJ facility.
The role provides exposure to packaging development, testing, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration, with a hybrid work model and housing stipend for those beyond 30 miles from the site. The program runs January through June 2027 and includes leadership exposure, professional development, and networking events.

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is currently offering an excellent opportunity for a Packaging Engineering Co-Op located at our Princeton, NJ facility.
This 6-month program starts January 2027, and runs through June 2027, and includes exposure to leadership, professional development, networking events, and the chance to connect with students throughout a variety of functions.
This position will provide support to one of three functional areas:
Package Innovation: The co‑op will focus on the early phases of packaging development, working with ideas, consumer insights, concepts, and rough designs.
Package Development: The co‑op will work on package design that optimizes innovation functionality, costs and equipment integration requirements based on CHD’s core technology platforms.
Package Technical Transfer: The co‑op will utilize performance-based specifications & technology platform thinking to shorten & expedite the package commercialization process for new and revised packaging.
Through this position, the co‑op will work in a project-based environment.
Responsibilities include testing, documentation, and travel to plants, and suppliers.
The co‑op will have the opportunity to work in cross-functional teams, as well as independently to determine and implement solutions based upon analytical data assessments.
