Job summary

Eversource Energy offers an Engineering Internship in Manchester, NH for students pursuing engineering degrees. You will gain hands-on experience with the Telecom Engineering Team, contribute to fiber optic networks and communication systems, and receive mentorship and training.

The program is part of our MSP-managed internship; pay starts at $21.20/hour and goes up to $32.30/hour based on graduation year and whether the role is technical or non-technical. This is a fixed-term student internship.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Telecommunications/Network Engineering, or an associated discipline from an accredited engineering school is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Role focuses on the Engineering and Design of Fiber Optic Networks and associated Communication Systems within Eversource.
• Support the Telecom Engineering Team with hands-on engineering tasks and collaboration with experienced teams.

Our Telecom Engineering Team is responsible for the Engineering and Design of Fiber Optic Networks and associated Communication Systems that provide the Enterprise and Operational communication services within Eversource.

Education:

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Telecommunications/Network Engineering, or an associated discipline from an accredited engineering school is preferred.
