Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC-Kenworth) offers a 12-week Summer Operations Internship in Little Rock, AR, with rotations through Parts or Service. You will execute real-business initiatives under supervision and gain hands-on exposure to a multi-state truck dealership network.

As an intern, you’ll develop skills to rotate across departments, complete a summer project, and position yourself for future opportunities in the Management Trainee Program.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree at an accredited college or university.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week for 10-12 weeks during the summer months.
• Leadership and sales skills strongly preferred.
• Strong commitment to providing quality work and excellent customer service.
• Ability to accept constructive feedback.

Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC-Kenworth) is a multi-state network of Kenworth truck dealers providing more than 50,000 customers with a full range of truck services. MHC's Operations Intern Program is a 12-week version of our Management Trainee Program. Over the course of the summer, you will be given a hands-on deep dive into how our Parts or Service Department operates, by rotating through each position in the department and helping contribute to the business.
