CareSource offers a 12-week, paid summer internship program designed for college students seeking real-world experience. The Intern will support on special projects, initiatives, and activities which vary by assignment, gaining exposure to the business and leadership.

Participants will engage in seminars, testing ideas, and networking with CareSource leaders, while developing skills through collaborative and mentor-guided experiences in a flexible environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College student in an accredited program or graduated within 6 months.
• Rising junior or rising senior preferred.

Internship Program

Welcome to the CareSource Summer internship program.

The CareSource Intern is responsible for providing support on special projects, initiatives, and specific activities which will vary by assignment.

We offer a 12-week, paid summer internship program for college students who want to separate themselves from the pack. This is an exciting opportunity to obtain real-world experience and prepare yourself for your career after college.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Current college / university student in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required
• Rising Junior or Rising senior preferred

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Range: $41,200.00 - $66,000.00

CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance. We are highly invested in every employee’s total well-being and offer a substantial and comprehensive total rewards package.
