Job summary

Perry Homes, LLC is seeking a motivated Estimating Analyst Intern to join our team in Georgia. The intern will audit takeoffs, collect data, and support the Estimating department with reports and templates. You will work with the Sr.

Estimating Analyst on variance analysis and data management to improve cost tracking. The role requires a High School Diploma with current university enrollment and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a High School Diploma and be enrolled in university.
• Demonstrated computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Audit existing takeoff and assist Estimating team with data collection.
• Assist Sr. Estimating Analyst in running reports and formatting templates to analyze data.
• Analyze variances and budgets to identify cost trends outside tolerances.
• Review blueprints and takeoffs to collect data for future reporting.
• Create, organize, and maintain spreadsheets for data collection.
• Perform takeoff audits and identify items/quantities outside typical usage.
• Coordinate with Estimating team to update takeoffs as needed.
• Complete special projects as requested.

• Review takeoff to identify items and quantities outside of typical usage.
• Coordinate with Estimating team to update takeoff as needed.

• Complete special projects as requested.
