PACCAR's Peterbilt Motors Company in Denton, TX invites a Summer Internship for a Design Engineer on Future Electrification. The intern will assist with drawings, documentation, validation, and reporting in a collaborative small-team setting.

We seek students currently enrolled in an engineering program, with strong MS Office skills, good communication, and the ability to multi-task and take initiative. Prior exposure to Six Sigma is a plus.

Requisition Summary

Peterbilt Motors Company, a PACCAR Company, has an internship for students currently enrolled in college. This opening is for a Design Engineer Intern to add to our Future Electrification engineering team in Denton, Texas.

Job Responsibilities

This position will be working on various projects and reports to include but not limitedto:

• Component & assembly drawings
• Engineering & technical documentation
• Validation & pilot truck build activities
• Work in a collaborative small-team environment
• Six Sigma documentation to ensure high quality results
• Engineering activity & status reports

Required Qualifications

The candidate we seek will be currently enrolled in an Engineering or a related program.
