Job summary

Rosendin’s Summer Internship Program is a paid 12-week, hands-on experience designed for students pursuing a career in electrical construction. You’ll work on real projects alongside experienced professionals in areas such as Project Management, Engineering, BIM, Estimating & Preconstruction, and Procurement & Supply Chain.

You'll gain exposure to electrical construction systems, develop leadership and technical skills, and have opportunities to own meaningful tasks with mentorship from industry

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with graduation date of December 2027 or later in a field aligned with Rosendin’s work including but not limited to
  • Rising junior or rising senior status preferred
  • Previous construction internship experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist project teams on active construction projects.
  • Support project management, engineering, BIM, estimating and procurement activities.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams and communicate clearly.
  • Develop technical, professional, and leadership skills on real projects.

What You Bring To Us

Working Conditions
  • General work environment: This position is performed primarily on active construction sites. Activities include sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, and bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions, such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
  • Noise level is typically low to medium.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
