Job summary

Rosendin seeks motivated students for its Summer Internship Program in Kuna, Idaho. The 12-week paid internship offers hands-on experience on active projects and exposure to key areas of electrical construction.

As an intern you’ll work with seasoned professionals on areas such as Project Management, Engineering, BIM, Estimating & Preconstruction, and Procurement & Supply Chain, gaining mentorship, ownership of meaningful work, and opportunities to develop technical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a graduation date of December 2027 or later in a field aligned with Rosendin's work
• Rising junior or rising senior status preferred
• Interest in applying technical knowledge to real-world projects
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in, or willingness to learn, Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other industry-related technologies
• Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning

What You Bring to Us

You are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with a graduation date of December 2027 or later in a field aligned with Rosendin's work including but not limited to:

• Construction Management or Construction Engineering
• Engineering disciplines (Architectural, Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Construction, etc.)
• BIM (Building Information Modeling)
• Estimating & Preconstruction
• Procurement & Supply Chain
• Previous construction internship experience is a plus

Working Conditions

• General work environment: This position is performed primarily on active construction sites. Activities include sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, and bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions, such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
• Noise level is typically low to medium.
• Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
