Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, invites driven college students to join the 2027 Wealth Management Summer Internship Program. This paid internship offers hands-on experience, mentorship, exposure to senior leadership, and collaboration on projects across wealth management teams.
Interns will support advisors, assist with client meetings, and contribute to initiatives that improve client experiences and operational efficiency. Opportunities for continued employment may arise after completion.
Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, provides locally managed and collaborative wealth management solutions, including a broad array of planning and advisory services, investment management, trust and estate planning, brokerage and investment services to individual, corporate, and institutional clients through multiple integrated businesses. We are seeking driven and high-performing college students with an interest in financial services to join the WSFS Bank 2027 Wealth Management Summer Internship Program. This paid internship offers meaningful, hands-on experience, professional mentorship, exposure to senior leadership, collaborative project work, volunteer opportunities, and valuable networking experiences.
Internship opportunities are available across a variety of Wealth Management departments, including: Bryn Mawr Trust Advisory - Support Wealth Advisors, Investment Advisors, and other team members by preparing for client meetings, conducting client research, analyzing data, and assisting with financial planning activities. Responsibilities also include supporting internal committees, documenting meeting outcomes, handling administrative communications and reporting, and contributing to special projects that enhance wealth management services, client experiences, and operational efficiency.
Work alongside professionals across multiple business lines and gain exposure to real-world projects, operations, and strategic decision-making. Follow a comprehensive learning program that includes personal and professional development activities and resources. Opportunity to support and present on projects, research, or operational activities within an assigned business area to Senior Leaders. Build meaningful connections through dedicated mentorship and collaboration with peers and experienced professionals. Engage with leaders across the organization through networking events, panel discussions, and career-focused conversations. Participate in volunteer initiatives, employee resource groups, and social exclusive events designed to foster connection and professional growth. High-performing interns may be considered for continued employment opportunities with Bryn Mawr Trust/WSFS Bank upon successful completion of the program.
$18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour. Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs. In addition to base salary, WSFS Financial Corporation (WSFS) and its subsidiaries may offer eligible Associates discretionary and formula-based incentive and retention awards.
