Job summary

PepsiCo is offering a Data & Analytics internship in Plano, TX (with possible placement at Purchase, NY). The role combines Data Engineer, Data Scientist, and Data & Analytics responsibilities, focusing on turning data into actionable insights and building scalable data foundations.

You will gain hands-on experience with Azure, Hadoop, Python, SQL, PowerBI, and Tableau while collaborating with Strategy & Transformation teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a relevant field with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong communication skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Ability to participate in a 10–12 week internship May–August.

Responsibilities

• Work with Data & Analytics to develop reporting and analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

The Data & Analytics, Data Engineer & Data Science role profile consists of -

Data & Analytics Develops reporting & analytical solutions to turn data into business insights. Includes the management of reusable & consistent data foundations.

Data Engineers: designs and codes specific cross-sub-system of key algorithmic structures. They manage and evaluate solutions for large scale data processing systems, data warehousing services and solutions using advanced database technologies.

Data Scientists: are responsible for designing and building predictive models to measure data difficulty and ambiguity level and error probability. They build data models and organize structured and unstructured data to interpret solutions.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in: Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, MIS or Software Engineering (other related majors may be considered)
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Technology related experience a plus
• Ability to learn new technologies and processes information quickly
• Ability to adapt to changes in timelines and sequences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to participate in ten or twelve-week internship program May - August

Minimum Qualifications - Each candidate is expected to:

• This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
• Graduate with bachelor's or master's degree within one (1) year of internship completion

Compensation

• The expected compensation hourly pay ranges for hires into our 2027 campus intern openings is $21.09 - $44.40 hourly.
• Role, degree discipline, degree level, and location are part of the process when determining actual starting salary for positions.
• Hourly pay for our campus hires is pre-determined and non-negotiable.
