Job summary
ICF is seeking a motivated 2027 Summer Intern, Technology Alliances Operations Analyst to join our Technology Ecosystem Alliances team. You will gain hands-on experience supporting strategic technology partnerships while developing skills in analytics, business operations, partner enablement, process improvement, and ecosystem strategy.
This is an entry-level, 10-week, full-time internship beginning in June and ending in August. Work will be hybrid from Reston, VA, with pay of $23 per hour.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 college-level credit hours in business, analytics, information systems or related field.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Work Authorization is required.
Responsibilities
- Support alliance reporting, dashboards, KPI tracking, and operational analytics.
- Assist with CRM data quality reviews, opportunity tracking, and deal registration activities.
- Help prepare business reviews, presentations, and partner meeting materials.
- Support partner certification, designation, and enablement programs through tracking and reporting.
- Assist with maintaining alliance documentation, knowledge repositories, and playbooks.
- Conduct research on partner programs, technology trends, and ecosystem initiatives.
- Support partner-funded programs, incentives, and investment tracking.
- Contribute to partner-facing and internal content, including presentations and sales assets.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives focused on automation and reporting efficiency.
- Explore how AI-powered tools can improve alliance operations and communications.
