Position Summary

Research & Development Quality (RDQ) is an end-to-end Quality Assurance and oversight organization that supports the Bristol Myers Squibb pipeline from discovery through lifecycle management. RDQ provides independent oversight, auditing, compliance, risk management, and quality expertise across nonclinical, clinical, product development, device, pharmacovigilance, and third-party/vendor oversight activities to ensure regulatory compliance, data integrity, patient safety, and inspection readiness. RDQ also advances the R&D Quality framework through innovative capabilities that enhance data-driven decision-making, strengthen risk-based approaches, accelerate continuous improvement, drive operational excellence, and enable quality transformation across the organization.

We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic student who is eager to bring fresh perspectives to our organization while gaining hands‑on experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will contribute innovative ideas that can help advance quality, efficiency, and operational excellence across RDQ. The Intern will be responsible for project‑based work that addresses real business needs and strategic priorities within RDQ.
