UL Solutions in Northbrook, IL or Chicago, IL offers a Product Management internship. The role is hybrid—3 days on-site at the Northbrook or Chicago office—for a rising senior pursuing undergrad in business, industrial engineering, or product management.

You will explore EV charging, batteries, renewable energy, and other energy/industrial topics. The internship runs 10–12 weeks with a project, networking, learning and development, and a real-world impact.

• Rising senior currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Product Management, or related field.
• Highly motivated self-starter.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Some knowledge of the fundamentals for business case development.
• Capacity to understand technical products and systems.
• Ability to conduct in-depth market research and competitive intelligence gathering.

This role is hybrid - 3 days a week on-site at the Northbrook or Chicago Office.

As a Product Management intern you will work within one of the following operating units:

What we offer:

Total Rewards: The hourly rate for this role is $25.00. Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus to assist with housing, travel, and other relocation expenses, subject to terms and conditions. Your internship will consist of a 10-12 week long project, networking, learning & development opportunities, and will provide you with the opportunity to make a real world impact.
