First Citizens Bank is offering a summer internship in Outreach Analytics to provide hands-on data analysis, reporting, and actionable insights that measure banker lead and marketing campaign performance. You will apply classroom knowledge to real business outcomes and contribute to process improvements.

You’ll collaborate with the Outreach Analytics team and internal stakeholders, participate in development sessions and networking events, and present a wrap-up project to division leaders.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience.
• Currently enrolled at an accredited collegiate institution (during the time of the summer program).
• Ability to work 40 hours per week during the duration of the program.

This intern will support the Outreach Analytics team for the General Bank. The role performs advanced data analysis, reporting and actionable insights to measure and assess drivers of banker lead and marketing campaign performance and their impacts on business outcomes. The intern will assist the Outreach Analytics team assess current practices, collect information and industry trends, and create specifications to support new business processes. This role will also leverage internal and 3rd party data to inform improvements and solutions to address identified issues and opportunities.

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience
• Currently enrolled at an accredited collegiate institution (during the time of the summer program)

Preferred Qualifications

• Degrees: Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Data Science
• Rising juniors or seniors preferred
• Experience working with large data sets and coding/programming
• 3.0 minimum GPA
• Strong desire to learn and grow
• Possess a positive attitude, naturally curious and enjoys collaborating with others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
