Job description

Ready to Make a Difference? ICF is seeking an Operations Associate Intern to support the Administrative Operations Services (AOS) team. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience supporting strategic operational initiatives focused on business process improvement, AI enablement, data and reporting enhancements, and operational modernization. Working alongside AOS leaders and subject matter experts, you will contribute to projects that improve operational effectiveness, support data‑driven decision‑making, and advance innovative solutions across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, collaborative, and interested in the intersection of business operations, technology, data, and continuous improvement.

This is an entry‑level, 10‑week, full time internship that begins in early June and ends in early August. This role will be hybrid from Reston, VA. At this time, we are unable to provide relocation assistance for internships at this time.

Basic Qualifications

• A completed bachelor's degree and enrollment verification or 9 credit hours completed in a graduate program related to Business, Operations Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Public Administration, Engineering or Economics.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
