Internship Overview

The Finance MBA LDP Internship is one of the primary sources of talent for the full‑time MBA Finance Leadership Development Program. The full‑time MBA FLDP is a four‑year leadership accelerator designed to develop future Finance leaders through diverse rotational assignments, targeted training, continuous coaching, and development experiences across Johnson & Johnson.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a full‑time MBA with an anticipated graduation date of May 2028.

Corporate Finance concentration preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of full‑time professional or military experience required.

Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new AI tools and ways of working to meet evolving business needs.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities through prior employment, internship experiences, and/or extracurricular activities required.

Permanent work authorization in the U.S. required without the need for sponsorship now or in the future; temporary visa status is not eligible.

The anticipated base pay for this position is between $41.50/hour and $52/hour, but will be based on candidate’s program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. This position is overtime eligible.

Co‑Ops/Interns may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, and holiday pay in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
