As an Industrial Engineering Intern at Bell, you can expect to: work with engineering & manufacturing teams on a variety of projects and assignments to support build team personnel with information necessary to achieve business objectives. Use and develop analytic tools to support improvements
Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 60 college credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2026) or prior Bell internship experience
Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1– August 7, 2026
Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
Preference will be given to candidates that are rising junior classification during the 2026 internship.
Previous internship experience in an engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience working with cross functional teams, which creates an atmosphere for high levels critical thinking.
Familiarity and interest with manufacturing processes, data analysis and process improvements.
A strong work ethic and drive to be successful in a busy work environment.
Strong computer skills, especially with: Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Power BI. Lean Processes
