No matter where you are in the company you are critical to the success of Bell. As a Human Resource Intern at Bell, you can expect to join a department of HR to:
Administer human resources policies, procedures, and programs
Assist management in the decision‑making process of different human resources functions: organization, staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, employee development opportunities, employee orientation and training, etc.
Active participation in recruiting and selection processes
Assuring compliance with state and federal regulations
Assuring an employee‑oriented, high‑performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce
Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or closely related required
Minimum 60 college credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2027) or prior Bell internship experience
Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1‑August 6, 2027
3.0 minimum overall, undergraduate GPA strongly preferred
Establish and maintain effective relationships with management and employees
Exchange information clearly and concisely to present ideas, report facts, and other information
Work conscientiously both autonomously and within a team environment
