Job summary

Textron invites you to join its 2027 Summer Intern – Electrical Engineering program in Fort Worth. You will work on real aircraft projects, learn systems engineering processes, and apply coding in C, C#, and Matlab while developing control models in Simulink and implementing them on hardware.

This paid, full-time 10-week internship includes mentorship, training, and hands-on project work that helps you grow.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 60 college credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2027) or prior Bell internship experience.
• Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1– August 6, 2027.
• 3.0 minimum overall, undergraduate GPA strongly preferred.

• Learn Software / coding experience using C , C#, Matlab.

Day in the Life of an Electrical Engineering

We are looking for inquisitive and driven engineers with a passion to innovate. From tiltrotor technology to tail sitting vehicles, our engineers work across a wide portfolio of aircraft programs. As an Engineering Intern at Bell, you can expect to:
