Job summary

Papa John's International, Inc. is seeking a motivated student or recent graduate to join our Culinary Innovation team for a hands-on summer project. You will help develop, test, and refine new and existing products, and translate feedback into actionable insights.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, analyze data and test results, and contribute ideas that drive culinary innovation while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program or graduate within the past 6 months.
• Strong academic performance and a demonstrated interest in learning and growing professionally.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Curious, proactive, and willing to ask questions, take initiative, and learn from others.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and learning new tools and technology.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members at all levels and contribute in a professional corporate environment.
