Job summary

Papa John's Summer Internship offers 10 weeks of real-world experience in the fast-paced QSR industry. You’ll work hands-on with a team, tackle meaningful projects, and have the opportunity to make an impact from day one.

During the program you’ll connect with leaders across Finance, Marketing, Pricing and Procurement, build Tableau dashboards, sharpen pricing analysis skills, and contribute to insights that help drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in college or university program or recent graduate (within 6 months).
• Strong academic performance and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Curious, proactive, and willing to ask questions and learn from others.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and learning new tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with auditing and maintaining accurate pricing data, menu specifications, and related information across company systems.
• Research competitor pricing, market trends, regional differences, and promotional activity to support pricing analysis.
• Analyze pricing, sales, commodity costs, and other business data to identify trends and opportunities to improve profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Marketing, Pricing, Procurement, and Field Operations, on pricing and revenue management initiatives.
• Support the development and maintenance of Tableau dashboards, KPI tracking, and standardized reporting to inform business decisions.
• Assist with evaluating pricing and promotional performance and preparing insights and recommendations for key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes, reporting, and systems while supporting initiatives to protect gross margin and drive profitable growth.
• Take on a meaningful summer project that delivers value to the team and the broader business.
