Device Trade-\u2011In and Upgrade Team Intern will provide support to the Device Trade-\u2011In and Upgrade team by managing analytical, operational, and partner-\u2011facing initiatives across these functions. This position will play a critical role in driving liquidation improvements in partnership with our trade-\u2011in partner, conducting in-\u2011depth reporting analysis on model pricing and liquidation performance, and supporting outlier analysis to strengthen overall program performance. The intern will also review process flows and recommend improvements, assess and optimize marketing promotions tied to trade-\u2011in and upgrade offers, and help build stronger partner relationship through improved sourcing and onboarding practices. Overall, this role will enhance the efficiency, profitability, and customer experience of our device trade-\u2011in and upgrade programs.
