Job summary

Wolfoods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Food Service Operations Director to oversee daily culinary and service operations at a rural summer camp. You will lead kitchen and FOH staff, manage budgets, and ensure allergen safety in a high-volume environment.

This on-site, live-in role requires a 6-day, 70-hour work week and the ability to live in a rustic setting while delivering top-tier camp dining across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Manager Certification (Allergens required before start date; company-sponsored).
• Strong leadership, high computer literacy, budgeting capability, and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical requirement: stand for extended periods, work in hot/cold kitchen, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to live on-site in a rustic setting, and work a demanding 6-day/70-hour week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and train Front of House and kitchen staff, fostering a high-energy environment.

Role Summary
