The MSIM Fixed Income Quantitative Analytics & Technology Co-op Program provides students with the opportunity to apply technical, quantitative, and analytical skills to real-world investment management challenges. Co-ops work alongside portfolio managers, quantitative researchers, analysts, and business professionals to develop tools, automate processes, analyze data, and support investment decision-making across a range of fixed income strategies. Through a combination of hands-on experience, mentorship, and training, participants gain exposure to the intersection of finance, technology, and data while building skills that will support future careers in investment management, analytics, technology, and quantitative research.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $30.00 and $40.00 per hour at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs
