Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation invites you to join the Flight Controls V&V Collegiate Intern program in Savannah, GA for Spring 2027. Work alongside engineers, applying classroom knowledge to real-world verification challenges in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

You must be enrolled in a bachelor’s or higher in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, with a 3.0 GPA, and be onsite for Spring 2027.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in one of the listed engineering disciplines.
• Must be available to work on-site in Savannah, GA during Spring 2027.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 (without rounding); must be listed on resume.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and certify hardware and software aspects of Flight Control System equipment as a Verification Engineer.
• Write and execute system functional verification testing in an integrated lab environment.
• Develop tools used by engineering for fleet reliability data analysis and system troubleshooting.
• Support troubleshooting of in-service issues impacting component reliability.

What we do:

The Flight Controls team is responsible for the design, development, integration, and certification of the Gulfstream Flight Control Systems across all large cabin programs. These systems are complex in nature and are designed by a highly cross‑functional team of exceptional engineers in the areas of complex electronics, software, electrical and hydraulic actuation. We are seeking candidates with broad skillsets and various levels of experience to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals—to work right here at our Savannah facility.

What you will do:

5. Minimum duration: 12 weeks (summer); 14‑16 weeks (spring and fall).
6. Must be onsite; this is not a remote position.
7. Must have reliable transportation.
