Job summary

TD Bank in Mount Laurel, NJ is seeking an in-office Co-op in Global Technology Solutions (GTS) to support designated department management and staff. The role offers in-person work for up to four days weekly and a relocation stipend to assist with the move.

You will assist as a Business Systems Analyst Co-op, gaining exposure to business processes, data, and reporting while collaborating with TD Bank teams in a structured, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Currently enrolled in 4 year college program
• Graduation date of May 2028 preferred
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Entry Level position, no work experience required
• Some knowledge in Power BI and/or document business/data processes preferred
• Strong Analytical & Data Hygiene, Process Orientation & Documentation, Comfort With Technical Tools & Shared Repositories preferred
• 3.2 GPA or higher preferred
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership qualities
• Good written and oral communications skills
• Detail oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in an office environment
