Job summary

This internship provides an opportunity to apply software engineering principles to real-world projects while collaborating with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams.The intern may contribute to projects involving software development, application or service development, automation, data systems, APIs, testing, or other software engineering initiatives based on current business and engineering priorities.Responsibilities• Assist with designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software for assigned projects.• Learn and work with existing software systems, codebases, APIs, databases, and development tools as appropriate.• Contribute to the development and implementation of software features, tools, services, or applications.• Assist with integrating software components and validating functionality through testing and debugging.• Develop and execute test cases or other methods to verify software meets defined requirements.• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving software issues.• Document technical designs, implementation approaches, testing activities, and integration steps.• Collaborate with software, systems, engineering, and other cross-functional teams as needed.• Participate in code reviews, team meetings, technical discussions, training sessions, and other learning opportunities.• Contribute ideas for improving software functionality, development processes, and team efficiency.• Complete assigned projects and deliverables accurately and within established timelines.Requirements• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university, preferably pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
