Select Sires, Inc. seeks individuals to join our team as Veterinary Medicine Interns. This hourly, non-exempt position is at our Plain City, OH facility and reports to the Chief Veterinarian.

Specific duties and responsibilities of a Veterinary Medicine Intern include, but are not limited

• Serve as a positive representative of the Select Sires, Inc. Mission and Core Values.
• Assist with sample collection, physical exams, reproductive exams, treatment of bulls and export paperwork.

A Veterinary Medicine Intern’s work schedule is 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Work schedules and duties are subject to change to meet departmental needs. We offer Veterinary Medicine Internships in both the spring and summer.

• Reliable means of transportation to report to work on time.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE OF A VETERINARY MEDICINE INTERN:

• This internship is open to current graduate veterinary students.
