Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles is seeking an entry-level IT professional to contribute from day one, gaining exposure across functions through mentorship and development opportunities.

You will manage Salesforce access, data integrity across platforms, and perform basic configuration while providing user support and collaborating with stakeholders to implement solutions. A Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years’ experience are expected; Salesforce and MS Office skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience; internship in Salesforce preferred.
• Basic Salesforce configuration and administration knowledge; MS Office proficiency; Salesforce Admin cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings.
• Manage data imports, exports, updates, and integrity across Salesforce and E-Commerce platforms to support reporting and operations.
• Perform basic Salesforce configuration, such as modifying page layouts, creating new fields, adjusting/creating approval flows.
• Provide first level support and training to users, addressing their questions, and troubleshoot issues.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions function properly.
• Help Support with the preparation and execute Salesforce updates and releases, ensuring seamless deployment of new features.
• Adhere to all IT audit and change control processes, including unit tests, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business or related field required.
• Years of Experience: 0-2 years of experience required; Internship in Salesforce field preferred.
• Software Knowledge: Basic understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration required; Microsoft Office Suite required; and Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred
